Postal costs

Free of Charge within the UK.

Delivery
Subject to availability we aim to dispatch goods within 3-5 working days of receipt of your order.

Damaged Goods
Should you receive goods that arrive damaged you must advise us within seven days of receipt by email. The goods should be returned by a courier that issues a tracking number.

Faulty Goods
If goods are deemed faulty please return within seven days and a full refund will be given or replacement goods supplied.

Cancellation Rights
Under the UK's "Distance Selling Regulations", you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. To cancel this contract, simply advise us in writing detailing your Name, Address and give the reason "Cancellation of Contract".

Cancellation Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase if boxed, unused and in perfect condition, whereby a refund will be given immediately upon receipt of the goods at our premises. Please ensure the goods are packaged securely and sent with a courier on a sign for service. In the event of a cancellation the Customer is responsible for any postal charges incurred.

If you think that Car-Tek is not adhering to its Privacy Statement then in the first instance you can either send an email from the menu item "services" or write to us. details for correspondence can be found under menu item "contact us".

Collection of Information
No information is collected on this web site Car-tek.co.uk  other than that which you may use to communicate with us under the menu item "services". All personal information used when making a purchase is entered into "PayPal's" secure web server and is subject to Paypal's Security Policy, and Terms and Condition. PayPal will notify us of any purchases and present us with some personal information to enable us to deliver the purchaser's goods. We will not seek to sell, share or rent this information to others in any way which differs from what is disclosed in this statement.

Order
We will receive information from Paypal about the purchaser's order such as name, address and contact details. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfil the purchaser's order. If we have trouble processing an order, the contact information is used to get in touch with the purchaser. It is also important to note that Car-Tek does not receive or hold any credit card information for purchases at any time. Car-tek  are only notified of the fact that a purchase has been made. All credit card details that are entered into PayPal are used for that single transaction only. At no time in this process does Car-Tek have any access to the purchaser's credit card details.

Demonstrations

Demonstrations of some of our product range are available, but must be pre-arranged with us by telephone. We will not accept requests by casual visitors.
